Warranty Policy - FlashPet
Every FlashPet product includes:
• 2-Year Limited Warranty
• Lifetime Technical Support
Congratulations on your purchase of a FlashPet product!
FlashPet ("FlashPet," "we," "our," or "us") is pleased to provide this Limited Warranty for all FlashPet products. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty service.
By purchasing and using your FlashPet product, you agree to the terms of this Limited Warranty.
WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY COVER?
For 2 years from the date of purchase or delivery (whichever is later), FlashPet warrants that your product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
If your product is found to have a manufacturing defect covered by this warranty, FlashPet will, at its sole discretion:
• Repair the defective product;
• Replace the product with a new or refurbished product of equal or greater value; or
• Replace the defective component or accessory.
Replacement products or parts may be new, refurbished, or remanufactured.
Any repaired or replaced product will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
This Limited Warranty applies only to FlashPet products purchased directly from FlashPet or an authorized retailer.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED?
  1. Commercial or other non-residential use.
  2. Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, or failure to follow the product instructions.
  3. Damage caused by unauthorized repair, modification, or disassembly.
  4. Damage caused by drops, impacts, liquid exposure, fire, flooding, or other external causes.
  5. Normal cosmetic wear and tear, including scratches or discoloration that do not affect functionality.
  6. Consumable parts and normal wear, including battery capacity reduction due to age or regular use.
  7. Damage caused by pets chewing, scratching, or otherwise physically damaging the product.
  8. Damage resulting from the use of non-approved accessories, chargers, or replacement parts.
  9. Products with altered, removed, or unreadable serial numbers, where applicable.
HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE
If you believe your FlashPet product is covered under this warranty, please contact our Customer Support Team before returning the product.
Please provide:
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
• Product model
• A description of the issue
• Photos or videos of the problem, if applicable
Our support team may perform troubleshooting before approving a repair or replacement.
SHIPPING
If your warranty claim is approved, FlashPet will determine whether repair or replacement is appropriate.
FlashPet may cover shipping costs for approved warranty claims at its discretion. Customers may be responsible for shipping costs in situations not covered by this warranty or where permitted by applicable law.
DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS 2-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLASHPET SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF ITS PRODUCTS.

FLASHPET'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state, province, or country.

Your purchase includes Lifetime Technical Support from FlashPet.
Our customer support team is available to help you with:
• Product setup and installation
• Wi-Fi and app connection assistance
• Troubleshooting and diagnostics
• Firmware update guidance
• Product features and usage questions
• General technical assistance

Lifetime Technical Support is provided free of charge for the lifetime of your FlashPet product. While technical support is available indefinitely, hardware repairs or replacements remain subject to the terms and conditions of the 2-Year Limited Warranty.
